SchoolIt Social: cross-school events feed with live voting

SchoolIt Social is now live across Admin Desktop and all three mobile apps. Post your school's events and photos, join live voting sessions, and browse a Recommended tab for what other schools are doing. Feed ranking is tiered, not blended: your own school's imminent events and posts always outrank any other school's content, boosted or not.
