Ad unlock: watch a short rewarded ad in the Staff, Student, or Parent mobile app to unlock one use of that feature. It is always the tier directly above your own, never a skip-ahead. Admin Desktop and PropaCBT stay ad-free; an unlock granted on mobile can still be spent on desktop if that's where the feature runs.
Pricing questions
- Is there a free trial?
- The Free plan has no trial period or expiry — it's free indefinitely at the student cap. Paid tiers don't currently have a separate trial period; talk to us if you'd like to evaluate a paid tier before committing.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. There's no self-serve billing yet, so plan changes go through us directly — reach out and we'll migrate your school's plan.
- Do you charge per student?
- No — Starter and Growth are flat monthly plans (₦5,000 and ₦10,000/month) with an uncapped student count, not priced per student. Enterprise pricing is custom — talk to us.
- What's the ad-unlock mechanic?
- On the Staff, Student, or Parent mobile app, you can watch a short rewarded ad to unlock one use of a feature from the tier directly above yours — no upgrade required to try it. Admin Desktop and PropaCBT stay ad-free.
